Who we are

Regulars is run by 1001039001 Ontario Inc., a company in Ontario, Canada. We make digital loyalty cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Regulars.

Two kinds of people use Regulars

What we collect

When you email us or join a list: your email and anything you choose to tell us, like your business name. If you sign up through a form, we also note the country your connection comes from and the browser you used, to help stop spam.

When a business signs up: names and emails of the owner and team, business details, and billing info. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

When a customer adds a card: a first name. The business may also ask for an email, phone number or birthday. We record each visit, stamp and reward, and which phone wallet the card is in.

How we use it

We do not sell personal information. We do not share a customer's info with any business other than the one they signed up with.

Who helps us

We use trusted companies to run Regulars. They only get what they need to do their job:

Some of these companies store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

Your choices

To do any of these, email hello@walletregulars.com. Customers can also ask the business they signed up with.

How long we keep it

We keep info while an account or card is active. When a business closes its account, or a customer asks us to delete their info, we remove it within 30 days. We may keep basic records longer if the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

Data is encrypted when it travels over the internet. Access is limited to people who need it to run Regulars.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For big changes, we'll tell businesses by email.
