Terms of Service

The basics

These terms are an agreement between you and 1001039001 Ontario Inc., operating as Regulars. By using walletregulars.com or the Regulars service, you agree to them. If you use Regulars for a business, you agree for that business too.

What Regulars does

Regulars lets businesses make loyalty cards that customers keep in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Businesses can add stamps or points, give rewards and send messages to customers who said yes.

Your account

• Give us true info and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in links and staff PINs private.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team does.

Plans, trials and payment

• Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial. We ask for a card when you start.
• After the trial, your plan renews each month or year until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give refunds for partial periods.
• Prices may change. We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change affects you.
• Taxes like GST/HST or sales tax are added where required.

Your customers and their info

You decide what to ask your customers for. You must follow privacy and anti-spam laws where you do business, including Canada's anti-spam law (CASL). Only message customers who agreed to hear from you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal info. Our Data Processing Agreement explains how we handle your customers' info for you.

Fair use

Every plan has no cap on customers. Please use it fairly. Don't make fake sign-ups, send spam, break the law, or try to harm the service or other users. We may pause or close accounts that do.

Your content

Your logo, card design and messages stay yours. You let us use them only to run the service for you. Make sure you have the right to use anything you upload.

Our part

We work hard to keep Regulars running and your data safe. Still, the service is provided "as is." Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are run by Apple and Google, and we can't control them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Regulars at any time. We may end or pause an account that breaks these terms. If your account ends, you can ask for a copy of your customer list within 30 days.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll email you before it takes effect. These terms follow the laws of Ontario and Canada.
